1. GMC has introduced the all-new 3X trim for its all-electric Hummer, available for both the 2023 Hummer EV pickup and 2024 Hummer SUV.
2. The 3X trim joins the fully reserved Edition 1 trim for both Hummer models.
3. The 3X and Edition 1 SUVs now offer an "on-road" configuration featuring 22-inch alloy wheels and 35-inch all-terrain tires.
4. GMC claims that these new tires are designed to provide better on-road dynamics.
5. Buyers seeking to maintain the Hummer EV's off-road performance can opt for the Extreme Off-Road Package, available for both the SUV and pickup 3X trims.
6. This off-road package includes 18-inch wheels, 35-inch mud-terrain tires, additional skid plates, underbody cameras, and rocker protection with built-in assist steps.
7. According to GMC, the on-road configuration provides a 355-mile range for the 3X pickup, while the off-road package reduces the range to 329 miles.
8. The 3X SUVs will have a 314-mile range with the on-road setup, and 298 miles with the off-road package.
9. The 3X versions of the pickup and SUV both share the Edition 1's three-motor setup, offering a combined 1,000 horsepower for the pickup and 830 hp for the SUV.
10. GMC has not released pricing details for the 3X trim and states that reservations for the Hummer lineup are currently full.
