OWNER: Everette Jasmer
TOWN/CITY: Minneapolis, MN

INFORMATION: Everett Jasmer was one of the first monster truck drivers to build a monster truck, along with Bob Chandler in the late seventies.
Everett, who was renowned for always wearing his cowboy hat, no longer races his truck, but still uses it for exhibition car crushing & appearances. The truck was a big hit in the eighties & made a brief comeback a few of years ago. Everett drove the truck himself for along time, but he had other drivers, drive the truck in the later years, as the sport moved from to car crushing displays to side by side monster truck racing.
Steve Wilkie & Kirk Dabney where among many, who drove the truck for a while.
In 1988 the USA-1 truck won the TNT Monster Truck Championship. Everett decided to quit racing his truck, as he didn’t like the way the sport had changed. The USA-1 picture at the bottom of the page is Kirk Dabney in the Nitemare truck with the USA-1 body on it. Everette Jasmer did this because everyone wanted to see the truck run again.
The truck originally started out painted blue, before it was painted the famous white color, which became so famous.
